- We will be RESPONSIVE and strive to return all calls and emails within one business day. While there may be
extraordinary events that prevent us from immediately returning your phone calls or emails, we recognize your concerns are
important and will do everything possible to respond promptly.
- We will observe an OPEN DOOR POLICY for short telephone calls and emails. Most calls under 10 minutes or short
emails will not be billed to you. This feature is offered to you in an effort to create a bridge between us
without the constant attention to financial concerns.
- Normally, you will NOT be billed for photocopying, long distance telephone charges within the United States, word processing,
faxing, or mileage (within a 20 mile radius of downtown Austin).
- We offer FREE INITIAL CONSULTATIONS over the telephone for up to 30 minutes. We also discount initial office consultation
by 50% and in certain limited instances, may waive the fee entirely.
